Brother Alvin Sylvester McKelvey was born February 28, 1965 in Decatur County, Georgia to Dorothy Jackson McKelvey and the late Henry McKelvey. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on December 31, 2005. Alvin married Patsy Ann Lee on October 3, 1988. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife: Patsy McKelvey of Bainbridge, GA; a loving mother Dorothy Mae (Step-father :Tommy Butler) McKelvey of Donalsonville, GA; a son, Dominque M. McKelvey of Fort Walton Beach, FL; a daughter, Desiree M.
