Apostle Lillie Clifford Spivie Clark was born February 8, 1952 in Cairo, GA to the late Albert Spivie Sr. and The late Lizzie Peeler.
A Time To Grow
She attended the public schools of Grady County.
A Time to Serve
She accepted Christ into her lie at a very early age and joined Holy Jerusalem Church of God where served as a dedicated Pastor and Apostle to her members.
Apostle Lillie was married to Bishop George Clark Jr. on November of 1989.
A Time to Mourn
On Sunday May 28, 2017, our beloved mother was called home to take her rest.
Apostle Lillie was preceded in death by three sisters: Polly Boone, Gloria Henry and Annie Wilson.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Bishop George Clark Jr.; Four devoted daughters: Latangela Johnson (Charlie) of Atlanta, GA; Jill Washington of Cairo, GA, Maggie Washington of Tampa, FL; and Michelle Allen (Earl) Orlando FL; Son: Danny Allen Sr. of Philadelphia, PA; Eleven sisters: Dorothy Wilson and Annie Mae Jones all of Tallahassee, FL; Mary Mott of Jacksonville, FL; Annie Roderick (Roosevelt), Mary Harrison all of Tallahassee, FL; Brenda Willis and Sarah Cross (Shelly) of Tampa, FL; Bertha Williams (Cecil) of Calvary, GA; Betty Jean Spivie of Havana, FL; Gloria Adams (Joseph), Theresa Fortener (Timothy), Bridgette George all of Cairo, GA; Six brothers: Albert Spivie Jr. (Evelyn), Dewayne George and Terrell George all of Cairo, GA; Kenneth Wilson of Tallahassee, FL; William Merrell (Nina) of Tampa, FL and Howard Spivie of Miami, FL; Twenty-one grandchildren; Nine great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
