Sister Aretha Black Berry was born on April 12, 1921 to Randolph and Beatrice Lee Black. She received her heavenly wings on August 17, 2017.
Sister Aretha was married to Charlie Berry Sr. and to this union two children were born. One son preceded her in death Charlie Berry Jr.
Sister Aretha was a gifted and artistic woman. She had a love for fabric it could be a dress or a chair. She also loved to cook and fishing was her joy. She worked many different jobs in her lifetime around Bainbridge.
She leaves to cherish her memories husband: Charlie Berry, Sr.; daughter: Eula Berry; grandchildren: Sharon ‘Sherry” Dunston; Solaura L Kushimo; sibling: Will Bank, Joseph Potter, Mattie Black, Catherine Hall, Alice Abrams, Buds, Raymond Black; niece: Jacquelyn Franklin; and a host of family and friends.
