Arelious William Marshall, Jr., was born on October 15, 1963, in Bainbridge, Georgia. He was the beloved son of the late Arelious William Marshall, Sr. and George Ann Marshall.
Arelious made his journey to Jacksonville, Florida, early in life, where he received his education in the public school system. A dedicated and hardworking man, he built a lasting legacy through over 40 years of service in the construction industry, earning the respect and admiration of all who worked alongside him.
He shared 40 beautiful years of marriage with his devoted wife, Dorothy Ann Marshall — a union filled with love, strength, and faith.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, LaCora Johnson and Allison Howard Denton (Trevis); his grandchildren, Christopher Levens Jr., LaCorey Levens, and Aubrie Denton; and his siblings, Leon Marshall of Bainbridge, GA; Randy Marshall (Latonia) of Milton, FL; Sheila Marshall Robinson (Nemiah) of Donalsonville, GA; Steven Marshall (Latasha) of Valdosta, GA; Shone Marshall (Thelma) of Donalsonville, GA and Antonio Marshall (Katina) of Donalsonville, GA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Marshall.
Arelious also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends who will forever remember his kind heart, steady presence, and unwavering devotion.
Though he has departed this earthly life, the light of Arelious’s love and the strength of his spirit will continue to live on in all those whose lives he touched.
