Obituary for Berley Hadley
Sister Berley B. Hadley Sister Berley B. Hadley went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2015. She was born March 21, 1946 in Seminole County, Georgia to the Late Henry and Dorothy Belvin. On November 6, 1971 she was united in marriage to George Henry Hadley, Jr. and to this union a son was born. Early in life she confessed Christ and joined Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and later joined Beulah Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta Georgia. After retiring from Dekalb County Government, Berley moved back home to Brinson and reunited with Antioch where she served faithfully. She graduated from Hutto High School in 1964 and Savannah State University in 1969. She was actively involved in civil and professional organizations, including NAACP, Oak City Chapter #253 Order to the Eastern Star, Club Allegro, Bainbridge College Ambassadors, and Decatur County Retired Educators Association. She also served as volunteer at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital.
