REFLECTIONS AND LIFE JOURNEY
Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, Friend
A TIME TO BE BORN
Brenda Gale Johnson Scott was born on December 28, 1962 in Bainbridge, GA to the late Mr. Bennie and Hattie Mae Johnson.
A TIME TO LEARN AND LABOR
Brenda presented her life to Christ at an early age at Saint Thomas M.B Church, Fowlstown, GA and was raised in an environment where her faith in God was materialized. She obtained her educational experiences within the Decatur County School System.
Brenda’s dream has always been to own and operate her on business. She obtained this dream by opening Brenda’s Trinkets and Treasures on April 2, 2018. A business that was fashioned with passion and determination that was shaped by a supportive employer’s, family, and friendship system. With this dream accomplished, Brenda was able to fulfill her godly purpose by touching so many lives across the city and surrounding counties with her loving and caring heart! If that wasn’t enough, she was also able to fill our heart and stomachs through her cooking skills within the food service industry.
A TIME TO MOURN
On March 01, 2022, surrounded by her family, Brenda’s beautiful, rewarding, and busy life came to a close and she was called home to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memories, a husband Charles Scott, Atlanta GA; Children: Joey Johnson (Tabitha), South Korea; Patricia Scott Williams (Lethonia); Edward Scott (Tiffany), both of Bainbridge GA; Three sisters: Barbara Sapp (Johnny); Ruth Higgins (Harold); Wanda Burke (late Willie Albert); Two brothers: Gary Johnson (Delia); Charles Johnson (Hurk); Eleven grand kids: Six great grand kids; a host of nieces, nephews, adopted children, and longtime friends and co-works.
