She retired after 35 years at Albany Memorial Hospital in Albany NY.
Preceding her in death: Andrew W. Mims, Samuel Mims, Dollie M. Danzy and Lucille L. Sheppard.
Leaving to cherish her memories are three sisters: Dorothy Mims Smith, Barbara Maye and Idella Mims; two brothers: Henry L. Mims (Queen Mims) , Charles L. Mims (Florine Mims); Godson/Nephew: Edwin B. Mims; Special Nieces: Genensis L. Mims-Johnson (Dolittle) and Loria N. Mims (Rocky) and her cat Midnight; host of other nieces, nephews , cousins and friends.
