Obituary for Catherine Brown
Sister Catherine Brown was born March 5, 1937, to Willie Mae and Jack H. Miller in Troy, Alabama. She passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015, at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 78 years old. Catherine Brown dedicated her life to serve Jehovah on February 19, 2011. She was faithful until her death. Catherine desired that all her family learn the marvelous truths that she had learned about her God Jehovah. To the best of her ability she tried to teach others about the Bible. Catherine was married to Walter "Bud" Brown. She was the mother of seven children: Herman L. (Valencia) Brown of Tampa, Florida; Annie Louise (Freddy) Akiens of Dothan, Alabama; Loretta (Greg) Hopson of Donalsonville, Georgia; Tyrone (Willie Ann) Brown of Colquitt, Georgia; Abbiegale (Billy) Hightower of Donalsonville, Georgia; Walter Lee (Gayone) Brown, Jr. of San Diego, California; and Cathy (Wilbur) Thomas of Dothan, Alabama. She was also blessed to have a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and a host of special nieces and nephews. Her memory will be cherished also by many friends and loved ones. �� ��
