Obituary
Sister Catherine R. Williams was born July 3, 1948 to the late Cora Lee Williams and Summer Bryant. She grew up in Donalsonville, GA with her mother and her four siblings Florine Washington, Helen Bryant and the late Ernest Bryant and Ernestine Williams.
She committed her life to the Lord in 1992 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Miami, FL.
As a mother of five, she realized that in order to remain gainfully employed, she needed to pursue a career in the medical field. In 1979, she attended Miami Lakes Vocational School and became a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Sister Cat’s desire, fed her will! She was blessed to work for Jackson Memorial Hospital for Twenty-Seven years as a Rehabilitation Technician.
Preceding her in death children Rudolph Williams and Randolph Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memories husband of 53 years: Leroy Jack Williams; sons: Mark Williams and Terrance (Jarvis) Williams; daughters: Sheronda Williams and Pamela (Anthony) Williams of Miami, FL; and Altimese Williams of Donalsonville, GA; Grandchildren: Keosha Burke of Gainesville, FL; Alexis and Netertia Jones, Britney, Drayton and Clayton Johnson and
Anthony Cockfield, Tory and RoseAnna Williams; Tyqwandra,
Ashley and April Killings, Jennifer and Tyrone Dickens of Miami, FL;
19 Great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and
friends.
