Mother Daisy C. Adams was born December 29, 1924 in Bainbridge, GA to the late Rev. Elmore Adams and Mrs. Emma Lee Adams (Nee Bryant). She was the 3rd of six children; Alonzo Adams, Verdell Glenn, Waver M. Fountain, John L. Adams, Lester Leo Adams all preceded her in death. The Lord called her home on May 14, 2020.
Mother Daisy was raised in the church that was built by her grandfather Rev. Fortune Adams, which is known as Adams Chapel Church located on Open Pond Road in Bainbridge. She attended Blackjack School in Bainbridge.
She was housekeeper in New York in the 1950’s. Later she decided to move back to Bainbridge, GA in the 1960.
Mother Daisy leaves to cherish her wonderful memories her nephews: Kelly Glenn Jr., John Glenn, Chester Glenn ( deceased), Floyd Glenn, Gary Glenn (deceased), Nathaniel Glenn, Chris Adams and Michael Fountain; Niece: Gloria Johnson; Grandchildren: Reginald, Arlene and Amena Freeman and a host of sorrowing family and friends.
