Obituary for Daniel Nichols Knight Jr.
Daniel N. Knight Jr. was born in Wilcox Alabama on July 16, 1966 to the late Daniel Knight Sr. and Elizabeth Knight. He departed from his family and friends on Sunday September 11, 2016.
Daniel accomplished many great things during his life. He attended and graduated from Bainbridge High School in Bainbridge, GA in the Class of 1984. Soon after he joined the U.S, Navy, where he was able to travel, make memories and see the world. He dedicated his time and served our country for twenty years until retirement.
He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters: Cassandra Knight and Tiffany Knight of Tallahassee, FL; Two sons: Daniel D. Knight III (Leeann) and Daniel Knight IV both of Bainbridge, GA; Three brothers: Ronald Knight (Youlanda), Jeffrey Knight (Brenda), both of Bainbridge, GA; and Richard Knight of Pensacola, FL; Two sisters: Jennifer Miller (Morris) of Bainbridge, GA, and Aqunetta Knight of Pensacola, FL; His dear friend significant other Janice Fuller of Buffalo, NY; Eight grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews that he loved so dearly.
Although Daniel is no longer with us, please continue to live for him. We all had our own unique bond with him and we know the love that he gave all of us was genuine. His light will continue to shine bright like the sun that set and took him home.
