Elnora Green Martin was born March 4, 1948 in Donalsonville, Georgia to Mildred Jones and Jasper Brown Sr. Elnora moved from Georgia to Dania, Florida 40 years ago. Elnora started working for Broward County Public Schools in 1999. She had been with School Board for 15 years. Elnora was a member of the House of God Miracle Temple in Fort Lauderdale under Bishop Carrie Readon for over 15 years. She loved to go to church and fellowship with God's people. She also loved singing, traveling and being with friends and family. On Thursday December 4, 2014 God called Elnora home. Elnora Green Martin leaves to share and cherish her precious memories: a devoted husband Osburn Robinson, her mother Mildred Jones, one daughter Danille Carter, one grandson Jamyron Carter; a son-in-law Myron Carter; three sisters Beatrice Carr, Wenni Key, and Annette Brown; two brothers Jasper Brown Jr. and Claude Jones Sr.; five God-children: Ernestine Parish, Chante Hodge, Tammy Delvalle, Angela Delvalle, and Joy Write; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins several generations who loved her and will truly miss her.
