Obituary for Emma L. Frye
Ms. Emma "Cocky Lee Frye was born on December 27, 1932 in Quincy, Fl. To the late Early and Lulu Frye. Emma was preceded in death by three siblings, Eppel Lee Frye, Eunice Mae Spearmint, and Bernice Burns. Emma accepted CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR at an early age. Emma knew how to call on the Lord. She continued to praise Our Lord as He was calling her Home. GOD called our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to eternal rest on Saturday November 22, 2014 Emma was employed with Buster Funeral Home. She was a farm worker for many years in Bainbridge, Ga. Emma leaves to treasure and preserve her memory to: a daughter, Evelyn Bryd of Quincy, Fl. Two sons, Arthur Wilcox of Quincy Fl. And Warren Frye of Bainbridge, Ga. three sisters: Rachel Wooder, Fannie Mae Frye, and Essie Mae Frye of Quincy, FL. Special aunts: Mayola Shaw and Linnie Wade of Quincy, Fl. Nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; Jimmy and Vera, Frank and Linda McGill, David Crawford, Shelley Brown, Garetta Bryant, Robert Earl and Marion Tayler, Curtis Warren, Rickey McGrill, Alretta Butler, all of Bainbridge, GA.
