Felicia Bouie-Harrell, born September 20, 1958, passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 66. She is survived by three loving children: Ilesha (Shea) Hughes (Carlos) of Attapulgus, GA; Oscar (Bo) Harrell (Racquel) of Tallahassee, FL; and Cameron Jones of Attapulgus, GA. She was also a proud grandmother to five cherished grandchildren: Niyla Harrell, Aaron Hughes, Ahmad Hughes, Julisa Harrell, and Kymani Jones. They were the light of her life, and her wisdom and warmth will forever guide them. Felicia is also survived by her sisters, Cassandra Bouie and Teresa Porter (Lorenzo), both of Attapulgus, GA, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolphus Bouie Jr. and Adrilla Taylor Bouie, and her sister, Barbara Anderson. Felicia’s love and legacy will forever live in the hearts of her family and friends.
