Dedicated , Husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather was Brother Freddie Pearson affectionately known as "Sonny"
Freddie was born to the late parents Frank and Ira Pearson on December 7, 1937. He attended and graduated from Decatur County School System.
He was employed for over 30 years and retired from Bainbridge State Hospital. He joined and was a faithful member and supporter of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
On April 2, 1960, he married his lovely bride Dorothy Louise Brown Pearson and was married to her to his death totaling almost 59 years. Unto them was born three children: One preceded him in death, Barbara D. Pearson.
Freddie leaves to cherish and preserve his memories a faithful, loving and dedicated wife: Dorothy Louise Brown Pearson; son: Donald Pearson (Edwina); daughter: Deloria Pearson Palmer, both of Bainbridge, GA; Four Granddaughters: LaKendra Palmer Johnson of Tallahassee, FL; Sierra Pearson, and Melony Pearson, Bainbridge, GA; Deja Palmer, Gainesville, FL; Two Great Grand Children: Miss Destinee Johnson and Mister Cameron Johnson both of Tallahassee, FL; Baby Jade is scheduled to arrive any day. Grand-son-law: Marus Johnson, Tallahassee, FL; Brother-in-law: Willie Jackie Davis, Philadelphia, PA; Sister-in-law: Sharon Latigue, Midway, FL; Two brothers: Paul Pearson, Bainbridge, GA; Harold Pearson, Whigham, GA; a host of loving and caring nieces, nephews that spent countless hours in his home and under his care; and other sorrowing family and friends.
His special fishing friends including: Percy James Williams, Junior King and Jimmy Sanders. Please continue to fish in his honor.
