Obituary for Helen Ann Eason
Helen Ann Crumbley Eason was born October 12,1945 in Bainbridge, GA. She was the daughter of the late Mary Ann Crumbley and William Jackson of Bainbridge, GA. After her mother passed in 1956, she was blessed to be raised by her loving aunt Gladys Hall in Bainbridge, GA. Helen attented Hutto Elementary and graduated from Hutto High School in 1964. In 1979, she received The Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. Helen continued her education throughtout her life. In 1985, she received A master's in Business Administration from Nova University and in 2007 she became a Doctoral Candidate in Theology. In February, 1966 she married William Walden and had six children: William Walden Jr.,Tanya Walden, Sean Walden, Jahmon Walden, Ayanna Walden, and Tamara Walden. Tanya and Sean preceded her into death. Helen served numerous companies including Rockwell and Boeing as a Computer Programmer and Business Administrator; and served Texas A&I and Florida A&M Universities as a College Administrator. Inspiringly, Helen was a compelling soul who believed in love, family, education, empowerment and enlightment. Her bright and generous smile was reflective of hefrr beautiful soul and soothing warmth that put others at ease. She was humble and curious--always seeking to learn, understand, and uplift. Notably, she had faith in the basic goodness of everyone and could find the love in any moment. She never met a stranger, nor passed an opportunity to help others. Thus, those who had the privilege to connect to her were illuminated by her light, faith, unconditional love, compassion, courage, and exuberance for life. She remains a tremendous gift as a mother, friend, sister, aunt and cousin. Helen was a living example that what is inside of your heart and soul is more important than your circumstance and thus her example transformed the lives of her loved ones. Her children grew up showered by her love and light--believing anything was possible and remain grateful that her soul's gift will continue to live on in their families' and friends' lives. God called this wonderful daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, niece, cousin and friend into eternal rest on Monday, December 29, 2014 in Orlando, FL. Thus, the legacy of Helen's life is left to her faithful, devoted and loving family. Helen is survived by her: two sons: William Takashi Walden, Jr. (Orlando, FL) and Jahmon Tadashi Walden (Jacksonville, FL); two daughters: Dr.Ayanna Miyako Walden (Los Angeles, CA), and Dr. Tamara Tashiko Walden (Tallahassee, FL); Two daughter-in-laws: Debbie Walden (Orlando,FL) and Kiersten Wilson (Atlanta, GA) Five grandchildren: Sean Kiyoshi Walden, Andre Kobiashi Walden, Jaya Lore Walden, Kynnadi Miyako Walden, and Xander Akiro Walden-Regenold.
