Brother Henry L. Mims Sr. was born in Bainbridge, Georgia to the late Rev. Willie L. and Loria M. Peters Mims.
Brother Henry was married to Queen Mims. To this union four children were born: Henry L. Mims Jr. (Gladys), Carolyn Mims, Anthony L. Mims (Kim), Michael L. Mims (Tanola).
Preceding him in death: Andrew W. Mims, Samuel Mims, Dollie M. Danzy and Lucille L. Sheppard.
Leaving to cherish his memories are three sisters: Dorothy Mims Smith, Barbara Maye and Idella Mims; brothers: Charles L. Mims (Florine Mims); host of other nieces, nephews , cousins and friends.
