Brother Horace Brown graciously transitioned from time to eternity on July 6, 2017 surrounded by family. He lived a life which focused on being a faithful husband and compassionate father, sibling, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Horace was deeply loved and respected by his family. He wore many titles by his grandchildren. He was the son of the late John Arthur and Ethel Brown Parramore. He was a native of Decatur County.
