He departed this life on July 21, 2015 at his home surrounded by family. He received his education in the Public school of Decatur County. He was a loving person and had a special way of making anyone laugh. He was preceded in death by his mother: Ola Mae Harris; two brothers: Ralph and Anthony Harris; one sister: Lavern Harris. He leaves to cherish his loving memories two children: Martina (J.P.) Porter of Bainbridge, GA; Jackie Harris, Jr. of Sanford, FL; Two beautiful granddaughters: Aniyah and Zanah Parrish; Six brothers: Jerry (Barbara) and Terry (Natalie) Harris of Orlando, FL; George (Terri) Harris of Oakland, CA; Harold (Mariol) Harris of Chesterfield, VA; Aundray Harris of Fowlstown, GA; one sister: Cynthia (Larry) of Fowstown, GA; two special cousins: Mike and Rickey Dukes, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends and family. ��
