Obituary for Jerry E. Williams
Mr. Jerry Eugene Williams was born on November 2, 1963 in Decatur County to Mrs. Lillian Bryant and the late Mr. Charlie Williams Jr.

Jerry’s family moved to Atlanta Georgia where he attended grammar school. The family returned to Bainbridge, Georgia where he attended the remaining of his school years in Decatur County Schools.

At an early age Jerry was united with First African Baptist Church during the pastorate of the late Rev. H. E. Neal and remained a member until his passing.

Jerry affectionately called “Half a Pint”, by friends and family worked as a skilled Concrete Finisher for more than 30 years.

One sister and nephew preceded him in death; Ms. Emily Williams and Joe Lewis.


He leaves to cherish his memories his mother: Mrs. Lillian Bryant; two sisters: Cynthia Williams Burden of Bainbridge, GA; Francine Henderson (Virgil) of Tallahassee, FL; three nieces: Renee Williams and Sheress Lewis of Atlanta, GA; and Amelia Williams of FL; two nephews: Eddie Lewis
