MR. JIMMIE MORGAN was born in Miller County April 9, 1949 to the late Mr. Jay B. and the late Mrs. Lorene Davis Morgan of Colquitt, GA. He attended Bethel High School in Miller County where he was educated.
At a very early age Mr. Jimmie Morgan began working holding many jobs consisting of farming, working for the City of Colquitt, GA, working for the County of Miller and Birdsong Peanut Company.
Mr. Jimmie Morgan was a very outgoing, straight forward, social man. His hobbies were fishing, joking around and most of all he loved playing cards.
Mr. Jimmie Morgan is preceded in death by one sister: Beulah Morgan; four brothers: Charlie Morgan Sr., Alfonza Morgan, J.T. Morgan (Ellen), Johnny B. Morgan; nephew: Charlie Morgan Jr. and Niece: Christine Morgan.
Mr. Jimmie Morgan leaves behind many memories of his love and good sense of humor to three brothers: Roy Lee Morgan, Glover (Petra) Morgan, and Donald Ray (Perlenta) Morgan, all of Colquitt, GA; three sisters: Betty Morgan, Eilene Morgan and Sheila Morgan, all of Colquitt, GA; Aunt: Mrs. Hazel Conley of Miami, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
