Obituary for Lillie Pearl Walker
A Reflection of The Life Journey Of
Lillie Pearl Emanuel Walker
When you left us it was like a part of our hearts had been crushed into a billion pieces. But you didn't go alone, for part of all of us went with you, the day God called you home. No one will ever be like you Pearl. You have treated us all with so much love, laughter, fun, smiles, & warm feelings. We thank God that He allowed you to be a part of us, and us a part of you. We love you Pearl, but God loves you best. God's garden must be beautiful because he always takes the best
Lillie Pearl Emanuel Walker was born April 29, 1954 to the late Cleveland and Lillie Bell Emanuel in Decatur County, Georgia. Under the guidance of her parents Lillie Pearl became a 1972 graduate of Mount Moriah High School.
Lillie Pearl confessed Christ at an early age at Mt. Zion A.M. Church and served as a faithful member until the church closed. She then became a member of the St. Thomas M. B. Church, where her love for singing, lead her to join the St. Thomas Mass Choir and the Senior Choir. Lillie Pearl served as a devoted member of St Thomas M.B. Church until her death.
