Honoring Sister Lucille Yvonne Keaton

The blessed life of Lucille Y. Keaton began on December 5, 1924, and ended 97 years later. She was born to the parents of Rev, Noah, and Annie Osborne with three sisters: Alberta, Ulsysee, and Alice, with four brothers: Noah Jr., Joshua, James, and Jesse. Her parents, brothers, and sisters preceded her in death.
Whoso findeth a wife, findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favor of the Lord... Proverbs 19:22
On July 26, 1948, she was united in marriage to her husband, Jesse D. Keaton Sr., who preceded her in death to this union seven Children were born.

The religious environment of her home and parents caused her to seek Christ at an early age.
She joined the Greater Macedonia Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member. Several years later she was awarded the title of the oldest member. Lucille's hobbies included: Cooking, sewing, drawing, gardening, singing, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted..Matthew 5:9
Those being comforted with her loving memories are: Vician Keaton Robinson, Jessie Keaton, Jr., Cassandra D. Keaton, Janice (Willie)Washington, Hurtis (Jacinta) Keaton, Curtis Keaton Sr., Michael (Monique) Keaton, and stepson Billy (Edith) Ward; Also a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; host of relatives, friends, nieces, and nephews.
