A Time To Be Born: Lueron A. Kelly was born December 31, 1950 to the late birth parents, Josephine Cannon Butler and Moses Alford, Sr. Late John H. Slaton and Kate P. Slaton (parents) of Blakely, GA. A Time To Love: She met and married the late Elder James L. Kelly on June 17, 1973. From this union two children were born, Katherine and Koretta. They celebrated 40 years of love together. A Time To Grow: She received her formal education from Washington High School & Early County High School in Blakely, GA. She expanded her education by attending Albany Technical College, where she received credentials to become an Operating Room Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, and worked in Home Health Care for many years. She even worked as a CAN supervisor at Miracle Hill in Tallahassee, FL. A Time To Serve: Lueron A. Kelly touched everyone's heart and cared for countless amount of people on her journey. A Time To Depart: Lueron A. Kelly departed her life peacefully at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital on October 20, 2014 after an acute illness. A Time To Celebrate: Precious memories will be forever cherished by her children, Katherine (Peter) Gilbert of Albany, GA and Koretta Freeman of Dothan, AL; three grandchildren, Ray P. Freeman, Jetta I. Freeman and Faith Childree all of Dothan, AL; sister, Dr. Doris (Chauncey) Walker of Sanford, FL and brother, Charles Cannon of Miami, FL; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Bertha Lee Bailey, Henry Kelly, Calista Kimble, Annie Kate Kelly all of Colquitt, GA, Lillie Grace (Gene) Kimble of Donalsonville, GA; Ruby (Shelman) Alexander of Orlando, FL, Eunice (Johnell) Thomas of Atlanta, GA, Wayne Willford of Attapulgus, GA, Archie Lee (Mamie)Kelly of Kissimmee, FL; one aunt, Ella Fair Thompson of Orlando, FL and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
