Obituary for Mary Agnes Jackson-Hall
Mother Mary Agnes as born September 12, 1938 in Mitchell County, Georgia to the late Mary Elizabeth Bryant and Ernest Balkman
Mary accepted Christ at an early age and joined Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She attended school in Bainbridge and worked at Eagle Café and Eleanor Dress Shop. Mary was married early in life to John Fleming who preceded her in death.
Mary moved to Gainesville, FL in 1977 and became a supervisor in the Environmental Service Industry, now retired. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where she served faithfully.
Mary loved her children, Grandchildren, and her Family. She loved Family gatherings, cookouts, and thought she was one of the best fisher Lady in the world. Everyone loved her collard greens, turkey dressing and chitterlings. Her favorite TV show was Price is Right and she played better than the contestants on stage.
Mary was loved dearly by so many and will be deeply missed.

Mary leaves to cherish her love and memories. Two children: Eddie Jackson (Cynthia) Ocoee, FL, Sarah Jackson-Dismuke (Mark) Gainesville, Fl, Richmond,VA: Six Grandchildren: Anthony and Devaughn Jackson, Nyla Perryman, Courtney, Shenay and Tiffany Mayfield. Five great-grandchildren:Three Brothers: Lonnie Balkman,
Andrew Jackson, Charlie “Chuck” Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Six siblings proceeded her in death.
Mary also leaves to cherish Her:her beloved pet and companion Zoe who was by her side every step of the way.
