Sister Patricia Jeffery was born on May 15, 1953 to the late Leo Thompson Sr., and the late Bronzie Glenn Harris. She departed her life on December 12, 2016 at Capital Medical Hospital in Tallahassee, FL.
Sister Jeffery was united in holy matrimony to the late Reverend H.B. Jeffery for 5 years.
Sister Jeffery confessed CHRIST at an early age and joined Mt. Zion M.B. Church where she served faithfully until her departure.
In her spare time Sister Jeffery loved fishing, spending time with her family, and watching the Atlanta Braves.
Sister Patricia didn’t have any children of her own but she was “mommie” to many.
Sister Jeffery was preceded in death by her husband Reverend H.B. Jeffery: Three sisters: Lathia D. Green, Glory Jean Thompson and Barabara Daniel: Two brothers: James Edward Close and Larry Thompson.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Eight Sisters; Euzera Stubbs, Margaret Thompson, Secedel Thompson (John Lee Beard), Janice Samuel (Ozell) all of Bainbridge, GA; Seaeasther Thompson of Detroit, MI; Delores Henry (Stanley) of Jakin, GA; Janet Peterson (Victor) Augusta, GA; Thelma Hickman of Tallahassee, FL; Three brothers: Henry Harris Jr. (Mary) of Augusta, GA; Leo Thompson Jr. (JoAnn) of Detroit, MI; Deacon John Harris Sr. (Rochonda) of Brinson, GA; Five Aunts: Willie Mae Jones, Ethel Burns, Betty Thompson, Bertha Thompson and Jeanette Cummings. Three uncles: Johnny Jo Glenn, Nathaniel Glenn, and Jessie Cummings. Great uncle: Lewis Thompson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing family and friends.
