The blessed life of Roeshell Davis, known to many as “Roe” began on October 21, 1959. She was born to the parents of the late Willie James and Hazel Kilgore Davis in Whigham GA.

A time to be born
The blessed life of Roeshell Davis, known to many as “Roe” began on October 21, 1959. She was born to the parents of the late Willie James and Hazel Kilgore Davis in Whigham GA.
A time to plant
Ms. Davis was known for her superb cooking that would always bring a smile to many faces. Aside from cooking, her other hobbies included fishing, shopping, gardening, playing cards, relaxing, and enjoying the company of her family and friends.
A Time to die
She was preceded in death by two siblings Dianne Porter and Alfred James Davis; son: Jeremy T. Davis.
She leaves many precious memories to her lifetime companion: Robert L. McGriff of Cario, GA; son: Jeffery B. Davis of Cario, GA; daughter: Sabrina E. Davis of Cario, GA; grandsons: Joshua Davis and Jeffery Davis Jr. of Atlanta, GA; sisters: Donnis Butler (Robert), Laura Davis, Marion Greene, Sandra Davis all of Bainbridge, GA; She leaves behind many memories to a host of nephews, nieces, friends and family who will love and miss her dearly.
