Sandra Evelyn Tooks was born December 21, 1963, to the late Cassie J. Leverson and Willie Lee Tooks. She grew up in Bainbridge Georgia.
She accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist church in Cyrene Georgia.
Sandra attended Bainbridge High School and graduated the Class of the 1982. She later furthered her education at Bainbridge College with a diploma in Criminal Justice.

She leaves to cherish her memories sons: LeDalton Ousley (Artavia), Ezekiel Ousley (Attlee), and Roquel Ty Tooks; Siblings: Willene Leverson, Leonard Borders (Marie), Henry Leverson Jr. (Teresa) and Terry Fountain(Harmon) of Davenport, FL; Aunt: Claudelphia Denton; Far Rockaway, NY; Grandchildren; Zi’yon, Lai’lah, Korbyn, E’Monee Ousley; Bestfriends: Addie, Brenda, Diane, Tonya and many other friends and family.
