Sister Shirley Ann Campbell James a resident of Decatur County, she was born on August 26, 1956 to the late Mr. Howard and Carrie Campbell. Hele Johnson, to this union ten children were born eight girls and two boys.
She was preceded in death by three sisters: Dannette Campbell, Virginia Campbell, Marjorie Mack; One brother: Carance Mack Jr.; One Uncle J.T. Johnson; Two nieces; Tara Campbell and Tracy Williams; One Nephew; Taurus Hudson.

Tuesday June 19, 2018 Sister Shirley took the Lord’s hand and went home. She was surrounded by her son Mr. Victor Campbell and her daughter Ms. Twyla Baker.
Education
She received her education in the Decatur County Schools, and received her diploma from Attapulgus High School in Attapulgus GA. She was employed at Costal Lumber Company for many years until her health failed her.
Christian Journey
She received Christ at an early age as her personal savior. She attended and served God at the church of God in Attapulgus, GA where she served faithfully until her health failed her.
