Obituary for Sonja B. King
Miss Sonja B. King the daughter of Mr. Samuel B. King, Jr.and Mrs. Ophelia Warren was born October 8, 1968 in Decatur County, Georgia. She accepted Christ at a very early age and joined Macedonia M.B. Church of Bainbridge, GA. She later joined Mt. Olive M.B. Church where she remained until her passing. She received her education in the Decatur County School System and two addition years at Bainbridge State College. Sonja was preceded in death by her sister Tynese M. Harp. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Ophelia Warren; a loving father, Mr. Samuel B. (Hazel) King, Jr. of Bainbridge, GA; a loving grandmother,Mrs. Mary Alice Edmunds of Petersburg, VA; three brothers, Samuel B. (Denise) King, III of Fayetteville, NC, Juan Harp and Grimaudus (April) Harp of Nashville, TN; three sisters, Janice Register, LashonyaBuggs and Bridgett Olds of Bainbridge, GA; two aunts and five uncles; a very special friend, Patrick Clark; two dear lifelong friends, Tika and Erica Faison and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
