Brother Stanley James Sr. was born November 22, 1958 to the Late Mr. Clarence and Mrs. Audrey James Jr. in Amsterdam, Georgia.
He was called from his earthly, temporary residence of Fowlstown, Georgia to an immortal residence, June 20, 2017.
Brother Stanley at an early age accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a member of Mount Moriah #2 Missionary Baptist Church, Attapulgus, Georgia.
Brother Stanley graduated from Bainbridge High School, Class of 1978, in Bainbridge, Georgia. He joined the United States Army serving a four-year term and later became a member of the National Guards. He was employed at Coastal Lumber Company from 1990 to June 2017.
Brother Stanley committed to and married Annette Marie Hollis, January 16, 2001.
Brother Stanley will forever be remembered for the love he had for his cars and family.
He was a very genuine and caring man. The love he had for his family and friends was beyond measure. He was a member of the "Freddy Boys Motorsports Club".
Preceding him in death were his parents: Clarence and Audrey James and Brother, Tony James.
He leaves a legacy of love ones to cherish his memories. A devoted and loving wife: Annette James of Fowlstown, GA; two sons: Stanley James Jr.(Heather)of Bainbridge, GA; Shaun Perkins, of West Palm Beach, FL; Daughter: Shandrika Pritchett (Brandon)of Riverview, FL; Three step-children: April Williams (Vashon) of Cairo, GA; Demos, Hollis (Etonne) of Bainbridge, GA; and Charles Hollis (Tasha) of Donalsonville, GA; Brothers: Reginald James, Attapulgus, Ga.; Albert James (Earnestine), Havana, FL; Julius James of Attapulgus, GA; Island Baker Sr. (Koreen) of Orlando FL; Sisters: Sonja James of Orlando, FL; Tamara, Longwood, FL; Adriene (Donald) of Orlando, FL; A host of nieces and nephews; Carlos, Lewis, Clarence James, Don, and Charlie all who he considered his best friends.
