Obituary for Vera Mae Tribble
Obituary
Vera Mae Tribble was born to the late Robert and Brownie Mae Howard, March 28, 1946 in Bainbridge Georgia.
She confessed to Christ at an early age. Vera attended the Decatur County public school system in Bainbridge.
Vera left Georgia and moved to Chicago where she resided for over 25 years. During that time, she worked at Weiss Memorial Hospital and she also met her future husband, Jimmie Tribble. Being the Georgia Peach that she was, she returned to her home town in 1994.
Vera and Jimmie were united in Holy matrimony August 18, 2002 at John The Baptist Missionary Baptist Church where they have been faithful servants.
Vera was blessed with three children. One son, Patrick Tyler, preceded her in death. Vera was an amazing wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She gave so much of herself and never wanted anything in return. She was a loving, strong spirited and thoughtful individual that touched so many lives.
God surely gained an Angel on June 29, 2021 when Vera drew her last breath and gained her heavenly wings.
Vera leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, Jimmie Tribble; Daughter, Laura Ann Garza (Ramiro); Son, Norman Jermaine Gause; Brother, Robert Howard (Letha); six grandchildren, Clifford Pierre Washington, Angel Lewis, April Whitely (Deshaun), Andre’ Tyler (Felice); Monica Tribble, Lawrence Rosario; six great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
